The U2 is the world's first folding knife with a blade of laminate powder steel known as SGPS (Super Gold Powder Steel). Only the finest craftsmen are allowed to work with Super Gold because it is a very expensive material and requires the the most skilled hands to give it the honor it rightly deserves. The beauty is though that you will end up with a blade whose edge retention is unmatched by any other knife manufacturer.

Using a lockback mechanism, the drop-point blade locks into place with a reliable and distinct click time and time again. Simply press the release located in the handle's upper section and you can safely close it away when finished with. Double nail grooves give you plenty of traction when opening and closing the 64 HRC blade.

The handle is trusted and reliable Zytel. Used by many because it is dependable and offers an assured level of grip. A rear lanyard hole gives you the opportunity to pass your own lanyard through it and hang it from your neck or lash it to your backpack or gear.
