It has been precision forged using 5150 grade high Carbon steel for sheer strength. You get a long and medium sized cutting edge along with a tough and fully hardened hammer poll which has been machine turned and ribbed so that it mimics a hollow pipe bowl.
The 19 inch handle is Hickory for that authentic feel and look which appeals to many. This pipe hawk is fantastic for driving home nails, spikes and stakes as well as great for chopping and use as a weapon.
