The Spyderco Harpy serrated knife (model SC8S) has a very distinctive look to it that will get people staring at you in a good way. When you are seen out and about town with this knife everyone will want to come and get a closer look at it. There is no denying it has a certain charm about it that gets people excited.
It features a 2 ¾” serrated VG10 stainless steel hawkbill blade that looks kind of menacing when you first see it. Cut out of the blade you can see the well known Spyderco hole that allows one handed opening of the blade. The hole is also ambidextrous therefore making it suitable for both left and right handed people. Another great addition to the knife is the Boye Dent feature that allows you to apply firm pressure on the knife without the blade disengaging.
The knife also has a lanyard hole that allows the knife to be attached to you in between jobs, then hung up safely when finished with.
