Usually I know exactly when we will have stock of something on Hand-Tools.com, but with Spyderco you never know what they are going to do. Sometimes I’ll just be sitting in my office, and distributors call and say, “I have 25 pieces of model blah blah blah. Do you want them?”. Sometimes I think it’s part of their business model to allocate their knives in order to create a perceived urgency for them. They have nice knives though. The quality is there as well as the demand. Spyderco knives never stay on our shelves for long.
